Main Construction

From warehouse construction and commercial building works to seismic strengthening and complex refurbishment projects, Gulf Projects has the experience to undertake a wide range of construction work. We work closely with engineers, consultants and specialist contractors to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes for each project.

Residential

Gulf Projects undertakes selected residential projects, with a focus on complex renovations, reclads and individually designed new builds. Our experienced team works closely with clients, architects, engineers and specialist contractors to manage the construction process and deliver a high-quality result. Residential projects are overseen by a Licensed Building Practitioner, bringing the same practical, hands-on approach to residential work as we do to our commercial projects.

Gulf Projects is Tōtika prequalified and a Site Safe member. Health and safety is an integral part of how we manage every project, with systems in place to protect our staff, subcontractors, clients and the public throughout the construction process.
