Gulf Projects completed the new Bed Bath N’ Table retail fitout at Milford Shopping Centre, Auckland.

The project included a new glazed shopfront, custom retail joinery, structural engineering and seismic restraint, together with feature timber veneer to the shopfront ceiling and columns. A clear intumescent coating system was applied to the timber to achieve the required fire rating while retaining its natural appearance.

Gulf also managed the devanning of two 40-foot containers of joinery from Australia, coordinating staged after-hours deliveries into the shopping centre.
