About this Project

A 3474sq m industrial warehouse and office at 6 Canaveral Drive, Rosedale, on a 6417sq m site in the Interplex Business Park.

The Albany industrial area on Aucklands North Shore is one of New Zealands premium office/industrial parks. Gulf Projects constructed a warehouse from the ground up using a poured on site tilt slab system and steel portal-perlin subframe. the project boasts 70 carparks, 450 sqm of office space and over 2700 sqm of  clear span warehouse.
